English II: Honors

Agenda

1. Put phone away. Your choices are to hang it in the charging pocket holder or in your bag. Phones should not be out or visible during class.
2. Turn in Night test to front basket. Turn in novel to front table. Make sure to sign sheet. 
3. Get out a book. READ: 10 minutes
• If you need a new book to read, check out my closet with some novels. 
• OR use the library to digitally check out books using your WOW card. 
4. Persuasive Debate: 
   
5. After debate w/your partner, work on Vocabulary.com for 5 minutes. 
6. Review Stems List #34
7. Rhetorical Analysis Notes  (use handouts for notes- Put in Notes section of binder)
8. Watch Jason Reynolds speech and answer questions for homework. Complete the PAPA square in class.
